How do I become a VIP member?

The amount of a VIP membership for 1 year is € 36,-- (euro).
So you pay only: 3 euro per month! If you want to be a member in the month April,
you will have to pay: 9 months x 3 euro = 27 euro.
(Regardless the date of month) You always have to take a membership for one calendar-year.
This means that you can't pay every month 3 euro!
After one year your membership will automatically ends. There is no term of notice.
A refund before the year is finished is not applicable.

If we receive your money for the membership, you will get a special VIP number and PASSWORD so you can
log in on our VIP pages.
This means that you can download and print all our autism picture cards, diplomas, coach-calendars, and all extra's
on our VIP pages. (Terms of use)

You can always see if we have new members, or that we received your money for this on the list of members pages.

You can get a membership for only 3 euro a month!

This membership is valid till 31 December end of the year 2012.
And you pay always till the end of the year. You will get a VIP number and a password, so you can log in and see all our Autism Picture Cards, Diplomas, Work pages, Name labels... and all other special things on our website!

For example: a membership from: July, you pay: € 18,- and you will become a VIP member with us till december of that year. ... Regardless the date of the month.
You don't have to discontinue your subscription!

ATTENTION! This membership is valid till 31 December for that year.
A membership will always be for one calendaryear, and can not be paid monthly!

You need your VIP number if you want us to make a new card for you. A request for something that we don't have on our website yet. (Maximum of 5 card in one month. We make your requests in the months: January 'till April, and August 'till December.

You can alter texts on our picture cards we already have on our website, and they will
immediately send to you through mail. You also need your VIP number if you lost your password.
A VIP number is a personal registry with your name and e-mail address!
(This e-mail address can change; so keep us up to date!)

Besides this you can search on our VIP pages for picture cards on alphabetical order, where you can see the last updated pages with picture cards.
The normal visitors can see names of the new cards, but as a VIP member you can download and print this.

What can I do with my VIP membership?

If you have a membership, you can download and print all our picture cards, and all extra's on our VIP pages.
We recommend you first to read our: terms of use, because everything we have is for personal use.

With your password you can enter our VIP pages. There are links to our pictures cards that you normally
cannot visit without a membership. The autism picture cards are there divided into different categories.
So "normal" visitors of the website can't enter all our cards. Only if you are a VIP member!

How can I pay?

How you want to pay your membership is all up to you.
You can do a transfer with your bank, or through Ínternet banking! (We don't have the possibility to do this
with one of our pages, and we don't send any giro credit slip)
What we do have is the possibility to have your VIP number and password immediately through: Interdirect!

I'm a VIP member, can I download the laminated picture cards too?

No, this is not possible. As a VIP member you van only download the autism picture cards on our VIP pages.
Model A you can find on our VIP pages (you need a VIP membership) for downloading and printing, and Model B are laminated picture cards which you can order.

I want to pay for two months, is this possible?

No, except if you will have a membership from the month: November. Then you have to pay two months.
This is the full amount of that calendar-year.

There is no term of notice.
A refund before the year is finished is not applicable.

Does it mean that I don't have to pay money in the year 2012?

Indeed, a VIP membership is always for one calendar-year. This ends automatically.
You have no obligation to be a member
for the year after if you don't want to. You don't have to let us know, because we'll end your membership ourselves.

But for the members who want to have another year of membership, we'll send an e-mail that they have the possibility to
extend their subscription. But the choice is up to you to keep this or not!

What's important to know... or do you have problems?

If you transfer money, DON'T forget to write your e-mail address! (If you forget this, send us a mail)

*We are not responsible if we can't send any e-mail back to you if you forget, or not clearly wrote down your e-mail address. Also if your mailbox is over quota, or can't receive mails.

*Wih a membership of our wonder autism picture cards we are not responsible if the website is not online because of techinal problems.

*We will do our best to answer your e-mails and to make alter changes, or to send you your requests, but we are not respinsible isf we can not send you this. We will always do our best to answer or to send you new cards.

I want to know what I have to pay when I get a membership till 31 December 2011

The amount of a membership is € 36,-- a calendar-year. This comes down to 3 euro a month.
Below you can see what amount you have to pay in which month:

A membership always ends at 31 December 2011, without notice from both sides.

How long will it take befor I get my password and VIP number?

That's difficult to say. Transfers out of the Netherlands needs more time of course.
(That's why we have the option: interdirect)
But we always check a lot of times if there a new transfers, and we send your VIP number and password quickly.

You want your VIP entry immediately? This is possible if you do your banking through Internet.
You only have to send a copy of your transfer in a mail, so we can see that you paid your membership.
Your VIP entry will be send to you immediately through e-mail!
