If your name is on the list, but you did not receive any mail from us, your name can have a link to our “E-mail Error” page.
Maybe we could not send you your VIP number and password because you forget to write down your address with your transfer, or there is some other problem with your mailbox.
Please contact us, also if your name is not on the list, while you have already paid your membership.
It is possible that some mailboxes can send mail, but they cannot receive.
This is a problem in the configuration of your mailbox. This means that we have no problem
to read your mail, but we cannot send anything to you. This can be a real problem, because
people can think we do not reply their e-mails. It is not strange that they do not know what’s going own, because it looks like that everything works ok. So try to send something with another e-mail address.
