What can I do first?
If you are looking for a card, and you think it's not on our website, you can
search for
a card that only have to change by text. (Not only look at the text, but
also look for
the pictures on the cards!)
It happens a lot that we only have to make a text alteration.
Requests will take more time, and text alterations you will recieve
immediately.
We know there are a lot of cards, so take the time to search, or ask for us by sending
an e-mail. Top
How can I ask for a request?
Sen your VIP number in an a-mail if you want to ask for a request.
Without your VIP number we can't look up your VIP status. You don't have to
send your password.
It's also necessary that you let us know what text you want on a picture card.
Don't make the text too long. Try to keep this as short as possible.
Sometimes it's handy to give us a short explanation about the subject or
topic.
We always make every card without capital letters. But if you want this, just
ask for this,
also if you want an exclamation or qestion mark.

What will happen if I send a request?
If we recieve a request we always look if the card can be made with simply a
text alteration.
If we can't, you will recieve an e-mail from us, that we're gonna make the
card for you, and
that we put your request on our waitinglist. It doesn't mean that your card is
made on ranking, because if the card can be quickly made, will do this
immediately.
We don't only look at the dat of the request is coming in, but also how
difficult or easy it is
to make your request.

How long will it take before I recieve my reqeust?
We never can tell how long it will take. We always try to make the cards as
soon as possible.
Sometimes it takes three days for one card, and sometimes only five mintues.
That's why we can't give you a space of time.
We always have about 150 requests on our waitinglist, so you will understand
that we can
not make and send everything immediately back.
That's why it can happen that it takes longer to make these requests.
Sometimes it will help to send us pictures of your subject.. Don't send us
small or indistinct photo's!

How do I know that my request if made?
We always send you your request through email to you. After this we put your
request with
our next update on our website.

Why is my request different then on the website?
After we send you your request, it can happen that we alterate the text for
our website.
we do this if we think it's necessary to make the cards accessible for other
VIP visitors.
For example: shoes of Peter, will be: my shoes.

Text alteration:
How do I ask for a text alteration?
With a text alteration you have to write your VIP number, and NO password.
You will name the text of the card, and under what category the card is on the
website.
Then you write the alteration text behind this.
All texts will be made without capital letter, so if you want capitals,
exclamation or quesion
marks, you have to mention this in your mail to us.

How long will it take to recieve my text alteration?
Text alterations will be made and send almost immediately to you.

Can I choose a different language?
Yes, this is possible. With exception if you ask different letters then on a
standard keyboard.
We don't make the translations ourselves, but you have to write us your
translation.
You name the card and category, and give us the translation for the card.
All texts will be made without capital letter, so if you want capitals,
exclamation or quesion
marks, you have to mention this in your mail to us.

Name labels:
How do I ask for namelabels?
Send us your VIP number, but NO password in your e-mail.
Write down the order number, and the name you want on the name label.
If you don't mention the order number, we will choose a name label for you.

How do they make this for us?
We will use the same type of letter like we use on our autism picture cards.
With first and surnames, the type of letter will be smaller then only one
name.
Attention: we copy names from mail that we recieve. This means that if you
type a name
with capitals, we also make the name label with capital letters.

Diplomas:
How do I ask for a diploma request?
With this request, also write your VIP number, and NO password.
Let us know what the "head text" is of your diploma request.
If necessary, give us a short explanation.
If you want anything extra on a diploma like: name, date, schoolyear, grade,
signature, or other lyrics, this is necessary to write this in your mail.
