Our autism picture cards are in colour or black and white, and firmly laminated
in different sizes. The standard delivery is in colour. If you want them in black and white, you have to let us know with your
order.
You can choose if you want the cards with a ringopening or with magnetic strips.

What happens if I send an order?
If
we receive an order, we'll send a confirmation back, with a summary of your
order.
We'll send an invoice in this mail and on this, you can see if this tallies with
the order that you made.
If you agreed, you can transfer the payment to us. The same day that we receive
your payment the cards
will be made and send the same day or next day. (Depending how big an order is)
Attention! We will only send our picture cards after we received
your payment!
With the delivery of the cards, we will include an invoice.

Can I change texts on the laminated picture cards?
Yes,
you can. Let us know what number order and the text you want to have instead.
You will always receive a summary after you order, so you can check if your text
change is included.

How long will it take before I receive my order?
The
day we receive your payment the picture cards directly made. The same day or the
next day the order will be send to you. (This depends on how big your order is)
Except if your order have new requests it takes more time, because we first have
to draw this for you.
These new request have first priority, also on the other VIP members with
requests for the website!
A delivery outside of the Netherlands can also have a delay for one day.
To be short: We will do everything in our power to send this as quickly as
possible!

How can I pay for my order?
We
will send no credit slips, but you can transfer money through your own bank
account, also through internet of course. This bank account number is on the
invoice.
We don't do transfers through paypal or mastercard because we want
to keep the minimal price of a card.
Most of all we want to keep personal contact with our buyers, especially when
they want to change texts of cards, or they still have questions about these
cards.
